Woody Claris of Claris Building Company has long been recognized in Chapel Hill, Durham, and Chatham County as a creative, innovative, and detail-oriented custom builder. As the president and owner of Claris Incorporated, he has continued to provide area homeowners with the same distinctive and original designs and livable floor plans that have become his professional hallmark for almost 30 years.

As a small family owned construction business, Claris Inc. has developed its “Building Confidence” by steadfastly maintaining the philosophy of building affordable yet high- quality homes with a more hands-on approach.
